When you can return an item
You can request a return if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or clearly does not match its description. Report the issue promptly after delivery and keep the item in the condition you received it.
How to request a return
- Open the order in the app and select the item.
- Choose “Report an issue” and describe the problem.
- Add a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team reviews the request with the seller and the agency.
Refunds
When a return is approved, your refund is credited to your Afmak wallet so you can spend it again right away or withdraw it. The time to process depends on the seller and the delivery agency.
