How your order reaches you through the Afmak agency network.
How delivery works
When you place an order, the seller prepares your item and hands it to an Afmak agency. The agency network then moves your parcel to a pickup point or to your address, depending on what is available in your area.
Local and cross-country
You can buy from shops in your own country or from sellers in other countries where Afmak operates. Local orders are handled by the nearest agency. Cross-country orders travel through partner agencies between the two countries.
Tracking your order
Follow each step — confirmed, picked up, in transit, out for delivery and delivered — from your order page in the app. You will be notified as the status changes.
Delivery fees and times
Fees and estimated times depend on the distance and the agencies involved, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Need help with a delivery? Visit customer support.
